Mechanical pointer counter for oil Samoa MC30-L-T

The Samoa mechanical pointer oil counter is used in systems for dispensing hydraulic, engine, and transmission oils. A feature of this model is the combined design of the gun with a flow meter. Due to the absence of electronic components and power supplies, the tap-gun can be operated in any weather, in extremely unfavorable conditions. The gun is used as part of oil dispensing equipment with a capacity of up to 30 l/min. The error of the counting device does not exceed 0.5% 

Design and features 

• The flow meter is made of impact-resistant, oil-resistant materials. The ergonomic handle is equipped with a non-slip pad, which ensures a reliable grip and ease of use. 
• The design is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -45 to +70 °C, and can be used outdoors. 
• The maximum pressure of the lubricant at the outlet is 100 bar. 
• The counter provides accurate accounting of liters, the measurement error does not exceed 0.5%. The resettable scale is designed for 9999 liters.
• The gun is completed with a flexible spout. The automatic tip provides convenience when working with lubricants. A threaded connection with a diameter of 1/2 inch is provided at the oil inlet.  
• The trigger flow adjustment mechanism is equipped with a lock. A swivel joint is not included in the package.
