The open Spanish reel with hose, Samoa 504150, is used in vehicle maintenance enterprises, industrial facilities and in agriculture for supplying compressed air and water at low pressure. The manufacturer recommends adhering to a working pressure of 20 Bar.
The nickel-plated steel shaft is not destroyed by water. The durable power spring is steel and has two bearings under the spool for smooth reel operation. The SBR synthetic rubber hose with textile braid is crimped with threaded fittings with a diameter of ½ inch. The hose length is 15 meters, the inner diameter is 12.5 mm, and the outer diameter is 20 mm.
6 brass aluminum rollers installed at the inlet prevent hose wear, eliminating material friction and compression of the element. The epoxy coating of the materials creates a protective layer that prevents corrosion.
The hose reel has a universal design that can be mounted in any position on the wall, ceiling, or container. To replace the sleeve and debug the functional mechanism, it is enough to remove the support from the hinge side. A durable 4 mm steel base ensures years of equipment use.
