Description
Two-support reinforced hose reel. The reel has a very wide range of applications due to the high-quality polymers from which the hose is made, as well as the reinforced design of the body and winding mechanism. The reel is designed for a 15-meter hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch. The outer diameter of the included hose is 27.7 mm, the inner diameter is 19 mm. The working pressure of the hose is 100 Bar, and the hose bursts at a pressure of 400 Bar. This must be taken into account when choosing a model.
Scope of application
Since the materials from which the reel with the pipeline is made are capable of supplying various liquids, such as water or lubricants, and air, the finished product is used:
- in enterprises of all industries, for pumping various liquids and supplying compressed air;
- when working with pneumatic tools that use compressed air to drive working units;
- for painting, sandblasting and washing works.
The design features of the body and its moving part allow this type of reel with a hose to be used, both stationary (for which there are fastening units) and in the field.

- The material of the base and winding drum is high-quality steel with a polymer coating.
- The supply hose is made of rubber with steel reinforcement, which allows maintaining the working pressure in the system up to 100 bar, which is quite enough for pumping lubricants with not too high viscosity. The rubber hose has an inner diameter of 19 millimeters, an outer diameter of 27.7 millimeters.
