Description
The Spanish reel with hose, closed Samoa art 507101 is used in industrial complexes, car centers, in agriculture for supplying water at low pressure and compressed air. The closed design provides a neat appearance of the model.
The hose is 10 meters long, made of synthetic SBR rubber, and has a textile braid inside, allowing the equipment to work at low pressure. The total diameter of the hose is 3/8 inch (outer 17 mm; inner 10 mm). The nominal pressure of the hose is 20 Bar.
The case, made of high-quality aluminum, is resistant to corrosion under the influence of external factors. The panels on the sides of the case are removable, which allows, if necessary, to replace the hose, adjust the load on the power spring and gain full access to the mechanism.
The diameter of the threaded connection is ½ inch. The steel shaft with nickel coating is designed to work with various liquids, the material is not subject to destruction. Two ball bearings on which the reel is installed provide smooth operation of the mechanism, excluding pressure on the power spring.
The advantage of the reel with hose is the possibility of mounting on any surfaces, ceiling, floor, wall or container, using adjustable brackets. To ensure a longer service life, the manufacturer used a coating based on epoxy powder resin.
