The coil is mounted inside a high-strength aluminum case. The manufacturer chose a material that does not weigh down the structure, and the closed design gives the exterior an attractive appearance. The side panels are removable, which simplifies access to the working parts, therefore maintenance during operation is not difficult.
A durable 15-meter hose has a diameter of 3/8 inch, it is made of synthetic NBR rubber with a high-density steel braid. The connecting thread at the inlet is ¼ mm, at the outlet is 3/8 mm, the hose is crimped with fittings on both sides. Automatic hose retraction occurs due to a powerful spring made of fatigue-resistant steel.
The coil with the hose rotates smoothly during operation, without overloading the power spring, due to the two lubricated ball bearings on which it is installed. The nickel-plated steel shaft does not rust from exposure to liquids.
For greater preservation of materials, the manufacturer used a coating based on powder epoxy resin. Adjustable brackets allow you to fix the model in any convenient working position, it can be a wall, floor, ceiling.
