Siemens Programming Module PME76.831A2

The Siemens PME76.831A2 programming module, art: S55333-B316-A100 is used in conjunction with the LME burner control unit for a wide range of gas and/or liquid fuel industrial burners of medium and high thermal capacity. It simplifies the configuration, monitoring and control of the combustion system.

The programs of the PME76.831A2 module are designed for:

• gas forced draft and atmospheric burners;
• liquid fuel burners with forced draft;
• systems with 1-stage/ 1-stage modulating power regulation;
• burners with 2-stage / 1-stage modulating operating mode;
• thermal installations with pilot burners (sequential operation).

The module is designed for installation in the LME76.000A2 burner control unit.

Functions and features:

• supply voltage: 230 V;
• actuator control via analog or 3-position step signal for actuators with ASZ potentiometer;
• flame modulation by means of an actuator (with pneumatic or mechanical control of the air-fuel mixture);
• 3-position signal for actuators without a potentiometer;

• programmable control sequence time;
• input for monitoring the tightness of the on/off valve;
• monitoring of the maximum gas pressure relay depending on the setting;
