Description

The Suntec AE V 67 C 7307 4P burner pump pumps diesel fuel at a pressure of 8-28 bar. It is a basic model with a pressure regulating valve without a locking function. Air is vented through the nozzle line. A solenoid shut-off valve is installed additionally. The pump's performance depends on the fuel viscosity, ambient temperature, and pressure.

Device and features

The pump is assembled for a two-pipe system. A bypass plug is installed in the return line hole. When installing in a single-pipe installation, it is necessary to block the fuel return channel by replacing the bypass plug with a steel one with a washer. A manual regulator is provided for adjusting the operating pressure.

Fuel is pumped from the tank to the burner by a gear working mechanism. When the gear pair rotates, the working fluid is sucked in and passes through a built-in filter with a working area of 6 cm², to the pressure regulating valve and then to the nozzle. Excess fuel is sent to the return line in a two-pipe connection, or to the suction line in single-pipe systems.

Air venting in systems with a return line is automatic, in single-pipe systems – through the bypass hole of the nozzle line coupling.

This model does not have a locking function. It is provided by an external solenoid valve.

Characteristics and features:

  • pressure adjustment in the range of 8-28 bar, default – 14 bar;
  • use in systems with an external solenoid valve;
  • mesh filter at the inlet to remove solid particles of 150 microns or more;
  • design for single-pipe and two-pipe systems (factory assembly with a bypass plug);
  • Viton seals;
  • rotation counterclockwise / outlet to the nozzle on the left side;
  • pressure regulating valve without locking;
  • gear working mechanism, resistant to fuel composition and loads;
  • installation in any position, except with the axis upwards;
  • operating temperature range (fuel inside the pump): 0...+60 °C;
  • automatic venting of excess air in two-pipe installations;
  • permissible fuel viscosity: 2...75 cSt;
  • degree of purification of the built-in filter: 150 microns.

Application

Diesel pumps for burners are installed in industrial heating systems designed to heat large production areas. Suitable for liquid fuel burners of most well-known brands.
