Description

The AN 77 A 7256 2P single-stage fuel oil pump is a reliable unit from the European company Suntec, designed for installation in diesel burners of the Weishaupt, Elco, Lamborghini, Baltur and other brands. The device with clockwise rotation of the drive shaft has a sufficiently high performance in its line — 108 l/h. To maintain the pressure of the working fluid in the nozzle line within 1-2 MPa, the unit has a built-in adjusting valve with a locking function.

Design features

  • The working mechanism of the gear pump is represented by a gear pair, with the help of which fuel is drawn from the tank. Before it is supplied to the nozzle line of the heating burner, the fuel is cleaned by a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns.
  • Important! For more thorough cleaning and trapping of the smallest particles, use an additional filter upstream of the pump.
  • The model has a sleeve mount with a seating diameter of 54 mm and can be mounted in any position, except with the shaft upwards. The impact of radial or axial force on the pump shaft is not allowed.
  • The device in factory assembly is ready for connection in a two-pipe circuit. Before mounting in a single-pipe fuel line, it is necessary to block the return line with a steel plug with a washer and remove the bypass plug.
