Description
The Suntec E 4 NA 1070 7P fuel pump is designed for equipping medium-power burners used in heating systems for large residential premises, industrial and commercial facilities. The enhanced reliability design allows pumping not only diesel fuel, but also fuel oil. Permissible viscosity: 3-75 cSt. A simplified cold start can be achieved by installing an electric heater, for which a mounting location is provided.
Design and Features
- The pump is supplied with a valve that performs a locking function and regulates fuel supply at a specified pressure. The basic setting (20 bar) can be changed by turning the screw on the device body to the right/left. Range: 14-30 bar.
- The use of heat-resistant materials and special shaft seals allows operation with fuel oil and high fuel temperatures, up to +130 ºC.
- A 12-millimeter diameter hole for mounting a heating device, made according to EN 50262 standard, is located in the most convenient place – optimal heat dissipation is achieved and contact with the fuel is excluded.
- It is important that the heater is switched on in advance, so that the working fluid warms up to the required temperature. Otherwise, the load on the gears increases, which leads to premature wear.
- To protect the gear pair from the negative impact of abrasive particles in the working fluid inlet, a 550 μm filter is installed. It must be cleaned periodically using diesel fuel and a soft brush. The gasket on the cover must be replaced each time.
Key advantages:
- pumping fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt;
- optimal performance;
- extended filtration area of the pumped fuel, up to 45 cm²;
- standard installation in the system;
- increased reliability of the design for fuel oil and high temperatures;
- built-in locking function of the valve;
- location for an electric heater;
- possibility of adjusting the pressure in the range of 14-30 atm.;
- ports and outlets with Euro standard thread according to ISO 228/1.
