Description

The Suntec E 6 NCK 1069 8P pump is specifically designed for use with fuel oil and other types of heavy fuel. It is designed for installation of a heater, high-temperature effects and harsh operating conditions. To protect the working mechanism from damage, a filter is installed at the pump inlet, which retains impurities of 550 microns or more.

Features:

  • versatility, operation with diesel fuel, fuel oil, medium-viscosity fuel;
  • high pumping speed, 263 l/h at a viscosity of 20 cSt and a pressure of 20 bar;
  • for single-tube and dual-tube installations;
  • built-in pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function;
  • pressure adjustment in the range of 14-30 bar, basic – 20 bar;
  • working medium temperature – up to +130 ºC;
  • external locking device (solenoid valve, additional request);
  • bypass hole in the nozzle line to relieve excess pressure;
  • flange mounting, ∅ 54 mm;
  • fuel filtration from contaminants larger than 550 microns;
  • threaded holes for connecting suction, return pipes, ½ inch;
  • ports for connecting pressure and vacuum gauges;
  • can be installed in any position;
  • pressure in the suction and return lines – no more than 3.5 bar.

E 1069 Series

The U 1069 series pump has a built-in pressure regulating valve. The locking function is absent. An external solenoid valve is used to shut off the flow.

In the basic configuration, the pump is ready to be connected to a 2-tube system. A plug is mounted in the bypass line hole. It must be unscrewed and the drain blocked when used in single-tube installations.

The design provides a place for installing an electric heater. Preliminary fuel preparation facilitates start-up. The heating device is located so as to maximize heat transfer and not come into contact with the pumped fuel.

For the safe operation of the Suntec E 6 NCK 1069 8P burner pump in high-temperature conditions, a special shaft seal is used.
