Description

The Suntec J 7 PCC 1001 8P burner pump is high-efficiency and reliable equipment for equipping liquid fuel boiler installations. It pumps fuel at high pressure at a rate of 287 l/h (with a viscosity of 5 cSt and a pressure of 12 bar). The pump includes a valve that regulates pressure according to set parameters and provides flow shut-off.

Main parameters and features:

  • pumped medium – diesel fuel, medium-viscosity fuel, viscosity up to 75 cSt;
  • operating range: 10-21 bar;
  • filter insert cell size – 170 μm;
  • pressure regulating valve, flow interruption function;
  • connection parameters with the suction/return line – 1/2 inch;
  • reliable connection to a ∅ 54 mm flange;
  • ports for connecting a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge for correct pump adjustment;
  • installation in any position, excluding pressure on the axis;
  • for systems with an external solenoid valve;
  • automatic air venting with a 2-pipe connection;
  • inlet flow/return line pressure – 1.5 bar.

Suntec J 7 Design

In its factory configuration, the Suntec J 7 PCC 1001 8P pump is ready to operate in two-pipe installations. The bypass plug is placed in the return opening for operation on two pipes. It should be removed with a wrench and the return drain channel hermetically sealed when using the pump for a single-pipe system.

The design is intended for pumping fuel heated to +90 ºC. The main working unit is a gear pair. A mesh serviceable filter is located at the inlet to protect the mechanism, which prevents sand, rust and other debris from entering the pump cavity.
