The Suntec T 4 C 10 7 fuel pump ensures stable operation of liquid fuel burners with a capacity of up to 30,000 kW, operating on diesel and fuel oil. This high-performance equipment is used in heating large industrial sites, factory floors, shopping pavilions, and warehouses. Design features

The main functional unit is a gear pair with increased wear and load resistance. Gears move fuel from the tank to the external valve, and then under a set pressure – to the nozzle.

The design does not contain a mesh filter. For additional protection of the gear mechanism, the manufacturer recommends installing an motorized filter on 200 μm “upstream”.

The Suntec T 4 C 10 7 fuel pump has a heat-resistant design – it pumps fuel heated to +150 degrees. Heating is necessary to minimize the load on the gears and extend their service life.

The housing provides a hole for mounting a heating element. The location of the heater is chosen as efficiently as possible – direct contact with the fuel is excluded and maximum heat transfer is ensured. The device is turned on in advance, to simplify the burner start-up.

To reduce the risk of premature wear when working with fuel oil, it is recommended to include a degasser bulb in the pipeline.
