The pump is capable of pumping 780 liters of fuel oil, diesel fuel, or crude oil with a viscosity of up to 75 cSt per hour at a pressure setting of 30 bar.
Features
- The pump is part of a series characterized by the presence of a non-shut-off regulating valve. The pressure at the nozzle can be adjusted in the range of 7-40 atmospheres. The basic setting is 30 bar.
- The design has a heat-resistant version for safe operation with fuel heated to +150 degrees. To facilitate cold start-up, a hole of standard size is drilled in the pump body, into which an electric heater is mounted. The device is placed to provide maximum heat transfer while excluding direct contact with the fuel.
- In factory assembly, the Suntec TA 3 A 4010 7 pump is designed for installation in a 2-pipe system. When mounted in a 1-pipe construction, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and the return line blocked.
- The manufacturer is supported by the EN 225 standard, approved in Europe, which allows the unit to be installed in burners of most brands, including Baltur, Ecoflam, Oilon, Lamborghini.
Additional accessories
The pump is not equipped with a built-in filter. To increase the operational life of the nozzles and prevent cases of boiler equipment blockage, the manufacturer recommends purchasing the Suntec TA 3 A 4010 7 fuel pump together with a motorized filter with a depth of 200 microns.
Working with fuel oil requires upgrading — a degassing bulb should be included in the pipeline to minimize the negative impact of light fractions of heated fuel.
