Description

Elco, Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt industrial burners with a capacity of up to 30000 kW require decent equipment. The Suntec TA 3 C 4010 7 fuel pump combines impeccable performance, versatile installation and safe design. It operates on fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt: fuel oil, diesel fuel, crude oil.

Design features

  • The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve, which allows you to adjust the fuel supply parameters taking into account production tasks. Permissible range: 7-40 bar, factory setting — 30 atm. Due to the lack of a locking function, the fuel supply is stopped manually.
  • The design is characterized by heat-resistant execution. Thanks to the use of special seals, the pump is designed to operate with fuel, the temperature of which reaches +150 degrees.
  • There is a hole for a heating device with a power of 80-100 W on the case. The thoughtful location of the heater ensures the best heat transfer without direct contact with the fuel. Installation of the electrical appliance is carried out in accordance with the European standard.
  • The pump can be used in two- and single-pipe installations. For systems without a return line, the bypass plug should be unscrewed and the fuel drain should be blocked.
  • Built-in filter is not included in the package.

Additional options

You can protect the nozzles from clogging and the fuel system from emergency failures by installing a motorized filter with a degree of purification of 200 microns (option, price is indicated without a filter). Installation location — after the pump.

For uninterrupted operation of the pump and prevention of premature wear when working with fuel oil, the manufacturer recommends using a degassing bulb in the pipeline.

Professionals note the following advantages of the model:

  • high-performance fuel supply – 780 l/hour at a viscosity of 75 cSt and a pressure of 30 bar;
  • pressure adjustment taking into account operating conditions in the range of 7-40 atm;
  • easy start-up when installing a heating device;
  • cylindrical threaded connections for monitoring instruments and pipelines;
  • heat-resistant design — operating fuel temperature 0...+150 degrees;
  • automatic air removal from 2-pipe systems.

You can find out more about the features of installation, adjustment and operation of the pump in the manufacturer's instructions (attached file). Before buying the Suntec TA 3 C 4010 7 fuel pump, check the characteristics against the burner specification.
