Description

High-speed fuel supply under pressure of 7-40 bar, heat-resistant design and the ability to install a heater – this is what the Suntec TA 4 C 4010 7 fuel pump is chosen for. The model is widely used for powerful burners of well-known brands Baltur, Ecoflam, Oilon, Lamborghini, due to the standard fit corresponding to EN 225 standard.

Key operating parameters

  • Performance varies depending on pressure settings and fuel viscosity. With a standard pressure setting (30 atm) and maximum allowable viscosity (75 cSt), it is 1050 l/h.
  • Pressure adjustment range: 7-40 atm.
  • Working fluid: diesel fuel, fuel oil, crude oil.

Features of TA 4 C 4010 7:

The pump is made in a wear-resistant design and withstands high fuel temperatures up to +150 ºC. Special seals are used in the construction.
A mounting hole is drilled in the housing, allowing the installation of an electric heater with a power of 80-100 W. The location of the device is chosen optimally, and combines maximum heat dissipation without direct contact with the fuel.
The Suntec TA 4 C 4010 7 fuel pump is installed in the factory version in a system with a return line. When installed in a single-pipe design, the bypass plug must be replaced with a steel one with a washer.
The pump has a pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function. When adjusting the pressure, a pressure gauge should be used, for which standardized threaded ports are provided.

Additional equipment

Due to the lack of a built-in filtering element, it is recommended to install a motorized filter of 200 μm after the pump to prevent clogging and failure of the nozzles.

When pumping fuel oil, a degassing bulb should be included in the pipeline, which will reduce the negative impact of light fractions of heated fuel on the structural elements and reduce the risk of wear.

Advantages of this model:

  • high-speed fuel supply to the burner;
  • operation with DT, fuel oil and crude oil;
  • easy start-up when installing an electric heater;
  • resistance to wear, high fuel temperatures and intense loads;
  • pressure setting on the nozzle in the range of 7-40 bar;
  • integration into a single or two-pipe design;
  • standard fit, supported by many burner manufacturers;
  • automatic air removal from 2-pipe systems.
