Description
The Suntec TV 4001-1 pressure regulating valve for liquid fuel pumps allows you to set and maintain the fuel pressure at a specified level, taking into account the characteristics of the burner and the consumer's tasks. The pressure regulator is used to equip Suntec T-series pumps operating on diesel and fuel oil. It can be integrated into two-pipe and single-pipe designs.
The valve is responsible for setting and controlling the specified pressure parameters. A screw is used to adjust the pressure of the working fluid. Rotating the regulator clockwise/counterclockwise increases/decreases the pressure.
Specifications

- Factory setting – 20 atmospheres.
- Fuel temperature in the valve – from 0 to +150 ºC.
- Operating viscosity of the fuel – 3-75 cSt. It is possible to pump fuel with a higher viscosity, but only if, after heating, it does not exceed 75 cSt.
- Connection to the suction, return line, and nozzle is performed using a cylindrical thread with a diameter of G¾", manufactured according to the European standard ISO 228/1.
- Pump performance limit – 5000 l/h.
