The Weishaupt QRB4A-B110B70 flame sensor, art: 21110412582 – is a compact device for tracking yellow flame in the visible spectrum of light. More about the flame sensor
The sensor is suitable for working with LMO/ LMV2/ LMV3 burner automatics, on request – with LME7/LME8. Assembled in a small case, inside which is a light-sensitive element. The photodiode has side and frontal visibility. The principle of operation is based on the analysis of infrared radiation and the transmission of electrical signals to the combustion manager to regulate the flow.
A two-wire cable with a length of 1100 mm with thermoplastic insulation made of PVC is rigidly connected to the body. The plug connection provides quick and reliable connection of the flame sensor to the burner automatics.
Operating temperatures
The flame sensor is designed for ambient temperatures of -20...+60 ºC and relative humidity < 95%. Condensation, ice, and water ingress on the body are prohibited.
Protection against light interference
Flame sensors for Siemens QRB1 burners detect extraneous radiation. When choosing a location, it is necessary to exclude the ingress of light from other sources to avoid incorrect operation of the device. The detector is placed taking into account the minimization of light interference and signal loss. All installation work must be performed only by a qualified specialist.
