Description
The Weishaupt WG40N/1-A gas burner, 1, version ZM-LN, art: 23242631 is designed for equipping thermal generators that meet EN303 and EN676 standards. It provides efficient combustion of natural gas with high efficiency and minimal emissions of harmful substances. It operates in electronically modulated mode.

The gas burner is fully automated. It functions under the control of the W-FM combustion manager. The built-in fan provides sufficient air intake for efficient combustion, and the servo drive moves the air damper to regulate the air supply volume. Automatic closing of the damper when the burner stops minimizes heat loss from the thermal generator.
The adjustment of mixing pressure and air flow volume for combustion is carried out using a backing washer. To control the air pressure behind the fan, the burner is equipped with a pressure switch.
The multi-block with a gas filter, double solenoid valve, and pressure regulator provides gas pressure regulation and safe burner operation. The gas pressure relay monitors the sufficient pressure in the supply network. At a low value, the automation initiates a safety shutdown. A maximum pressure relay is available as an option.
The combustion automation launches a leak test of the solenoid valves after stopping, before starting the burner (in case of emergency shutdown/power failure).
Burner operation settings and parameter control are carried out using the control panel.

Application
