• The Weishaupt WKG 70/1-B gas burner, DN 125, version ZMH, art: 27770561, operates in a smooth two-stage mode in its factory configuration. A more economical electronic modulation mode is available with minor upgrades. Fuel types: natural gas E/ LL, propane B/ P.
• The standard mixing device is designed for use in gas equipment without increased NOx emission requirements. The burner complies with class 1 according to EN 676.
• The housing is characterized by its compact size due to the rational arrangement of components, as well as a separately mounted fan unit and control cabinet. The modular design increases installation flexibility.
• Reliable thermal insulation reduces the temperature on the surface of the housing to safe levels, eliminating the risk of burns to personnel when working with hot combustion air (maximum temperature +250 °C). Heat recovery in systems with high flue gas temperatures is carried out through a heat exchanger in the chimney. Increasing efficiency due to the supply of heated air to the furnace reaches 9.6%.
• The electronic linked control system supports computer-precision gas/air ratio when forming the combustible mixture. Interference-protected CAN bus ensures reliable signal transmission to the gas and air damper actuators.
• Internal losses during downtime of the furnace installation are minimized. The air damper automatically closes, preventing heat loss from the system.
• The burner is controlled by the W-FM100 or W-FM200 digital combustion manager, operating in constant or intermittent mode. The automation monitors the operation of all systems and connected devices, the flame signal (via the QRI sensor), the tightness of the gas valves and other parameters. Provides communication with the electronic linked control system.
• The control and indication unit simplifies the setting of individual parameters and reading messages from the furnace automation. It connects to the combustion manager via an information bus. Language indication increases communication convenience. The main working parameters were entered at the factory, after which the burner was tested on an independent stand.
• The capabilities of the furnace automation allow connecting to a higher-level automated system for remote monitoring and control of the burner. For this, an external information bus interface of the eBus type is also required.
• Under the housing cover there is a port for connecting a computer with special software. If desired, a modem can be installed to transmit data over communication channels (internet, mobile or telephone network).

Application

The gas burner can be installed in boilers and heat generators manufactured in accordance with EN303 and EN676 standards. Scope of application: heating systems, water heating, air heating, technological equipment of various purposes with a power of up to 6160 kW.
