Description
The replaceable mesh cartridge filter element is designed and manufactured in the workshops of a well-known Italian company, which is a European leader in the production of fuel dispensing equipment.
Scope of application
The Piusi clear captor cartridge (mesh) is used for pre-cleaning gasoline and diesel fuel from large debris particles larger than 125 μm. It is recommended to install it in fuel dispensing lines with a capacity of no more than 100 l/min.
Design features
The disposable cartridge is made in the form of a cylinder from special filter paper and plastic. The material has a mesh structure and good throughput.
Main advantages
The accessory is mounted inside the body of a disassemblable filter with transparent walls, which makes it possible:
- visually determine the degree of contamination of the element and replace it in time;
- monitor the level of dirt mixture and drain it in time through a special valve in the housing.
The use of the Piusi clear captor cartridge with a mesh filter material at gas stations is a guarantee of protecting the vehicle’s fuel equipment from damage by coarse debris particles.
