Description
The Riello 544 mm ignition electrode, art: 3013172 is used to equip the ignition unit and replace the worn-out spare part. It provides the formation of a high-voltage ignition spark when starting the burner.
Design and materials
The ignition electrode is a conductive rod protected by fixed and movable ceramic insulation. The metal alloy used to make the core is resistant to high temperatures and electrochemical corrosion. The ceramic that insulates the conductor has heat resistance, mechanical and electrical strength. The electrode is connected to the ignition cable using a plug.
Advantages:
- instant formation of an ignition spark when current is applied to the electrode;
- heat-resistant ceramic conductor insulation;
- reliable contact with the high-voltage cable;
- simple installation, replacement and maintenance.
Application
The ignition electrode is installed in the spark ignition unit of the Riello RLS 160/M MZ burner.
