Application area

The Piusi Clear Captor cartridge (without water separation) is used to clean gasoline, diesel fuel and biodiesel from very fine particles of debris with a filtration depth of up to 5 microns. It is mounted in fuel dispensing systems with a flow rate of up to 100 l/min.

Design features

The disposable cartridge is made in the form of a cylinder, from plastic and special filter paper. The material has good cleaning qualities and at the same time high throughput.

To maintain the declared depth of fuel purification, timely replacement of the cartridge is necessary. This is done when there is a significant drop in pressure in the system.

Main advantages

The accessory is mounted inside the flask of a collapsible filter with a transparent body, which allows:

• visually determine the level of contamination of the element, and replace it in a timely manner;
• control the accumulation of dirt mixture and drain it through a special valve at the bottom of the body.

The use of the Piusi Clear captor cartridge in gas stations, even without a water separation system, but with a high degree of purification, guarantees protection of the vehicle's fuel apparatus from damage by foreign impurities.
